构筑国内先进的关中高端装备制造业新高地 探索省域供给侧结构改革新路径

Building a New Highland in China's Advanced Guanzhong High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry and Exploring a New Path for the Reform of Provincial Supply Side Structure

在借鉴美国、德国先进制造业国家战略实施计划基础上,通过分析构筑关中高端装备制造业新高地的基础条件,本文认为当前关中地区应紧紧抓住"中国制造2025"这一重大历史机遇,加速"关中制造"向"关中智造"转变,提升智能化水平;突出园区平台承载,增强产业升级内生驱动力;推进"三大融合",强化创新互补联动;推进"互联网+"与工业集成创新结合;提升创新能力,促进创新成果转化;加快提升产品质量,推进制造业品牌质量建设;以产能合作为抓手,提高制造业国际化发展水平,构筑"国家级高端装备制造业新高地"。

Based on the national strategic implementation plan of advanced manufacturing in the United States and Germany,through the analysis of the basic conditions for the construction of the new highland of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Guanzhong,this paper believes that the"Made in China 2025"historical opportunities should firmly be grasped to build a"new high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the country"in Guanzhong region.Based on the above ideas,this paper further analyzes the problems faced by the new high-rise construction of Guanzhong high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the historical opportunities it faces.It proposes to accelerate the transformation of"Guanzhong Manufacturing"to"Guanzhongzhizao"and enhance the level of intelligence;The platform of the park will carry the endogenous driving force for industrial upgrading from promoting the "three major integrations",strengthen the innovation and complementarity linkage;promoting the combination of"Internet+"and industrial integration innovation;enhancing the innovation capability and promote the transformation of innovation achievements;accelerating the improvement of product quality and promote manufacturing brand quality construction;taking capacity cooperation as the starting point to improve the level of international development of manufacturing industry.
