摘要
为解决属于大断面复合顶板的7801工作面开切眼变形量大及顶板离层问题,分析了大断面复合顶板巷道的3种失稳机理,提出了将原本大跨度的切眼划分为两个小跨度巷道,在巷道围岩正常段采用加长锚索进行支护,对于顶板破碎的特殊段或受水影响的顶板区域采用全长锚固方式进行支护的支护方案,并进行矿压监测。结果表明:支护方案实施后,顶板下沉量最大为41 mm,两帮移近量最大为25.1 mm,有效地保障了巷道围岩的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem in large section of the open - off - cut surface of the 7801 working face and the problem of roof separation, the three kinds of instability mechanism in large - section composite roof roadway are analyzed, and the original large - span open - off - cut is divided into two small - span roadways, which are supported by long anchor cables in the normal section of the roadway suirounding rock. For the special section of the roof fracture or the roof area affected by water, the support scheme is supported by the full - length anchoring method, and the strata behavior is monitored. The results show that the maximum subsidence is 41 mm for roof, and 25. 1 mm for two walls of the roadway, the stability of surrounding rock of roadway is guaranteed.
