摘要
为解决新景矿3#煤层低透气瓦斯高突问题,卸压消突并提高工作面预抽瓦斯量,在3216工作面对本煤层水力造穴技术进行试验。应用新工艺技术后,与原本煤层钻孔抽采效果对比分析发现:水力造穴钻孔平均抽采浓度为42.4%,为原本煤层钻孔的1.6倍;瓦斯抽采纯量平均为0.094 m3/min,是原本煤层钻孔抽采量的2.3倍,提高了本煤层瓦斯抽采量,达到了消突增透的目的。
In order to solve the problem of low gas permeability and high risk of gas outburst in No. 3 coal seam in Xinjing Mine, make pressure relieved and the gas pre-drained increased, acupoint technology test are carried out in the 3 216 working face with hydraulic power. Compared with the original coal seam borehole drainage effect, it is found that the average gas concentration of hydraulic cave-making borehole reached 42. 44%.
