摘要
某220 kV变电站由于开关拒动造成110 kVⅠ母线、Ⅱ母线失电事故,经分析可知,110kV111断路器线路发生单相接地故障,保护动作正确,开关拒动是事故的直接原因。提出了将分闸回路的延时动合接电改接为一对普通的常开接点;将110 kV变电站的双回进线的运行方式由并列运行改为一条运行,另一条备用;加装断路器失灵保护装置等措施,避免了此类事故再次发生。
Bus I and bus II in 110 kV side loss its power due to switch operation refusal in a 220 kV substation. It is concluded after analysis that the protection signal of single-phase ground fault of the 11 1 Circuit Breaker in 110 kV side is correct, and the protection action is correct. The direct cause of the accident is in the switch operation section. A series of measures to put form to avoid such accidents from happening again.
