摘要
分析了带式输送机跑偏的原因主要是受力不均引起的轴向移动,并对目前通过改变滚筒形状和采用外力装置实现纠偏的原理、装置进行了总结,提出了改进传送带材料和智能化纠偏装置是带式输送机防撕裂保护技术的发展趋势。
The reason for the off tracking of belt conveyor is analyzed, mostly, the axial movement caused by uneven force. The principle theory and device for correcting by changing the shape of the roller and using external force device are summarized, and It is pointed out that the improvement of belt material and intelligent rectifying device is the future development trend for the anti - tear protection belt conveyor.
