摘要 急性胰腺炎(AP)是临床常见疾病,多器官功能障碍综合征和全身炎症反应综合征是其继发病症,也是导致AP死亡率高的常见原因。AP会导致肠黏膜屏障损伤,从而造成细菌移位,继而引发内毒素血症和胰腺组织的继发感染。AP继发的微循环障碍、炎症介质过度释放、缺血再灌注损伤和肠上皮细胞凋亡在肠黏膜屏障损伤中也起重要作用。临床研究AP肠黏膜屏障损伤具有重要意义。 Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common clinical disease. Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and systemic inflammatory response synthesis are its secondary diseases, which are also common causes of high AP mortality. AP can lead to intestinal mucosal barrier damage, resulting in bacterial translocation, which can lead to endotoxemia and secondary infection of pancreatic tissue. Microcirculation disturbance, excessive release of inflammatory mediators, ischemia-reperfusion injury and intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis secondary to AP also play an important role in intestinal mucosal barrier injury. Clinical study of AP intestinal mucosal barrier damage is of great significance.
