摘要
竞价排名违背了搜索引擎借助搜索技术快速为消费者提供公正、客观、准确、完整、权威的检索结果的原则,误导了消费者,使消费者正当权益受到损害。因此,应在完善法律规制及从业规则的前提下,创新搜索技术,改竞价排名为以信誉度为主的排序模式。服务商也应在大力提升自己核心竞争力的同时履行承诺,为消费者提供值得信任的产品及服务,并认真执行保护消费者权益的义务。
The bidding rank,which violates the principle that the search engine should rapidly provide the consumers the fair,objective,accurate,complete,authoritative search results with search technology,misleads the consumers and damages the legitimate rights of consumers.Therefore,search engine should innovate the search technology and change the bidding rank to credibility-based ranking mode.The service providers also should vigorously promoting their own core competitiveness,and meanwhile keep their promise to provide trusted products and services for the consumers,and conscientiously implement the obligations to protect the rights of consumers.
