中医治未病思想指导下临床亚健康证候的代谢组学研究

Research on Metabonomics of Clinical Sub-health Syndrome Guided by the Thought of Preventive Treatment of Diseases in Traditional Chinese Medicine

大健康视角下,医学不仅是关于治病的科学,更应该是关于健康的科学。中医学在2 500年前提出的"治未病"医学思想与现代医学倡导的健康医学观极为接近。基于中医"治未病"理论,对脾气虚型亚健康状态进行代谢组学研究,从而提出运用现代前沿的系统生物学的重要组成部分——代谢组学技术,对亚健康状态中医证候本质及方证相关性进行系统和规范化研究的新思路。

From the perspective of enlarged health,medicine is not only a science of treating diseases,but also a science of health.The medical thought of“preventive treatment of disease”put forward by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)2 500 years ago is very close to the concept of health medicine advocated by modern medicine.Based on the theory of“preventive treatment of diseases”of TCM,this paper conducts a metabonomics study on the spleen-deficiency type subhealth state,and puts forward a new idea of systematic and standardized research on the essence of TCM syndrome and the correlation of prescriptions and syndromes in sub-health state by using the metabolomics technology,an important component of modern frontier system biology.
