省域快递业效率评价及影响因素分析——基于DEA—Tobit模型

Efficiency Evaluation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Provincial Express Industry——Based on DEA—Tobit Model

文章基于2015年全国31个省市快递业的统计数据,运用DEA与SFA相结合的三阶段DEA方法,对各地区快递业的效率进行分析,并利用Tobit模型对影响快递业效率的因素进行探讨。结果表明,快递业整体纯技术效率较高,但规模效率偏低且地区差异较大,规模效率值由东向西呈递减趋势。计算机、年人均快递使用量和单一营业网点服务人口三个因素均有利于快递业效率的提升,手持终端和邮政总路线两个变量对快递业的效率产生负面影响。

Based on the statistical data of the express industry in 31 provinces in 2015,this paper analyzes the efficiency of the express industry in each region by using the three-stage DEA method combining DEA and SFA,and use the Tobit model to explore the factors affecting the efficiency of the express industry.The results show that the overall pure technical efficiency of the express industry is relatively high,but the scale efficiency is low and the regional differences are large.The scale efficiency value is decreasing from east to west.The three factors of computer,annual per capita express usage and single business outlets are beneficial to the efficiency of the express industry.The two variables of the handheld terminal and the postal route have a negative impact on the efficiency of the express industry.
