龙江丝路带视域下黑龙江省应用型本科院校对俄跨境物流人才培养模式分析

Analysis of the Training Mode of Cross-border Logistics Talents in Russian Applied Undergraduate Colleges in Heilongjiang Province from the Perspective of Longjiang Silk Road

随着我国"一带一路"建设的开展,2014年4月,黑龙江省委提出了构建"黑龙江陆海丝绸之路经济带"的总体设想。2015年"龙江丝路带"正式纳入国家"一带一路中蒙俄经济走廊"。"龙江丝路带"作为一条国际贸易的物流带,必然需要吸纳更多的高水平、高层次的物流人才。黑龙江省的应用型本科院校则是这些人才的主要供应源,高校通过培养相应的应用型物流人才,从而更好地促进"龙江丝路带"的发展。

With the development of“the Belt and Road”construction in China,in April 2014,Heilongjiang provincial party committee put forward the general idea of constructing“Heilongjiang land and sea Silk Route Economic Belt”.2015 Longjiang Silk Road Economic Belt“formally included in the country”the Obor economic corridor of Mongolia and Russia.“ongjiang Silk Road Economic Bel”as an international trade logistics belt,it is necessary to absorb more high-level,high-level logistics personnel.The application-oriented universities in Heilongjiang province are the main supply sources of these talents.Colleges and universities can promote the development of“Longjiang Silk Road Economic Belt”better by cultivating the corresponding applied logistics talents.
