摘要
高职品牌学生干部是高职学生的优秀代表,是学生实现自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的中坚力量,做好学生干部队伍建设,是高职院校开展内涵建设和提升自身影响力的重要途径之一。针对高职院校学生干部现有核心能力培养机制中存在的问题,详细分析存在问题的原因,探索解决问题的有效途径及创新策略,实现高职院校品牌学生干部培养的长效可持续发展,为高职院校学生干部的培养提供了理论依据。
The brand student cadres in higher vocational colleges are the excellent representatives of higher vocational students,and also the backbone of students’self-management,self-education and self-service.Building a good team of student cadres is one of the important ways for higher vocational colleges to carry out connotation construction and enhance their own influence.This paper expounds the problems existing in the current core competence training mechanism of student cadres in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the reasons for the problems in detail,explores effective ways and innovative strategies to solve the problems,and realizes the long-term sustainable development of brand student cadre training in higher vocational colleges.It provides a theoretical basis for the training of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.
