摘要
为了保障创新能力的培养,支持人才创新培养模式的开展,以医工融合专业为例,探讨创新教育中组织管理体系的建设,根据专业和学生需求,在人才培养过程中实施基于需求的分目标的创新培养,有针对性完善创新组织管理,建立组织保障机制,建设创新型人才培养的组织管理体系。
In order to guarantee the cultivation of innovative ability and support the innovation of talent training,we explore the construction of organization management on innovation education in the major of medicine and engineering.We design the sub-target innovation training to improve the management of innovation organization based on professional and students’requirements.By the designs and improvements,the organization guarantee mechanism can be set up and the organization and management system for innovative talents training can be built.
