基于嵌入式系统的多功能电梯检测仪

Multi-function elevator detector based on embedded system

针对电梯液压缓冲器复位性能、电梯速度、加减速性能、制动性能等参数的现场快速、准确检测的需求,设计了一种基于嵌入式系统的多功能电梯检测仪器。使用激光传感器对缓冲器的压缩及复位过程进行跟踪采集,以计算其复位时间及压缩行程。通过利用胶轮和旋转编码器对电梯限速器钢丝绳的速度进行检测,以计算其速度、加减速时间和制动性能。进行了嵌入式系统硬件和应用软件的开发,阐述了仪器的调试、现场测试和应用。现场测试和应用效果表明,该仪器具有准确、快速和操作便捷的优点。

According to the requirement of quick and accurate on-site detection of elevator hydraulic buffer reset performance,elevator speed,acceleration and deceleration performance,braking performance and other parameters,a multifunctional elevator detection instrument based on embedded system is designed.The laser sensor is used to track and collect the compression and reset process of the buffer to calculate its reset time and compression stroke.The speed of steel wire rope of elevator speed limiter is detected by using rubber wheel and rotary encoder to calculate its speed,acceleration and deceleration time and braking performance.The embedded system hardware and application software are developed,and the instrument debugging,field testing and application are described.Field tests and application results show that the instrument has the advantages of accuracy,rapidity and convenience in operation.
