摘要
介绍了应用于移动装车机上的一种新型跨车厢装置,该装置结构新颖紧凑,操作简单,安全可靠,满足电气化铁路对装车作业高度的要求,其通过前端小臂架的往复运动将散料连续、定量地装入铁路敞车车厢,为铁路货车散料装车作业提供了一种新型跨车厢不间断装车的解决方案,效率高,成本低,值得推广。
In the paper,a new type of cross-carriage device applied to the mobile car loader is introduced.The device is novel and compact in structure,simple in operation,safe and reliable,and meets the requirements of electrified railway on loading operation height.It continuously and quantitatively loads bulk materials into railway gondola carriages through the reciprocating motion of the front-end boom,providing a new type of cross-carriage uninterrupted loading solution for the bulk loading operation of railway wagon,with high efficiency and low cost,and worth of popularization.
