Application of eight-ropes separate winding system in wheel container crane

目前国内集装箱码头堆场多数采用轮胎式集装箱起重机(以下简称轮胎吊)作业,随着用工成本的增大、操作人员要求劳动强度降低、作业效率要求的提升,各大港口码头和堆场都在积极研究和开展轮胎吊自动化改造技术。文中结合轮胎吊自动化的难点,研究分析了轮胎吊起升钢丝绳八绳单独缠绕系统在轮胎吊自动化应用。

Currently,most domestic container terminals and yards adopt tyre container cranes(hereinafter referred to as tyre cranes)for operation.With the increase of labor costs,the decrease of labor intensity required by operators and the improvement of operation efficiency,all major port terminals and yards are actively studying and developing tyre crane automation transformation technology.Combined with the difficulty of tyre crane automation,the automation application of the eight-rope separate winding system of hoisting wire rope in tyre crane is analyzed in the paper.
