高职院校体质健康测试工作的运行现状及反思——以安徽冶金科技职业学院为例

Operational Status and Reflection on Physical Health Testing in Higher Vocational Colleges:A Case Study of Anhui Vocational Collage of Metallurgy and Technology

主要对安徽冶金科技职业学院学生体质健康测中测试环境、学生应对情况以及测试结果进行统计分析,结合2014年颁布的《国家体质健康标准》和相关研究方法,对测试中存在的问题以及学生体质健康测试成绩的质量和影响因素,提出相应对策和建议,从而构建科学的高职院校体质健康测试体系。

This article mainly makes statistical analysis of the test environment, students’ coping situation and test results in the physical fitness test of students of Anhui Metallurgical Science and Technology Vocational College, and combines the “National Physical Health Standards” promulgated in 2014 and related research methods. In order to construct a scientific physical health test system in higher vocational colleges, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problems existing in the test and the quality and influencing factors of students’ physical health test results.
