王安石变法与宋代中枢权力格局的地域之争

The Reforms or New Policies of Wang Anshi and the North-to-South Distributional Change of Central Power in the Song Dynasty

宋神宗时期的王安石变法是中国历史上一次重要的政治改革,不仅对宋代政治、经济、文化以及军事等领域影响巨大,而且对宋代中枢格局的地域变迁也有着深远的影响。无论是神宗时期宰辅进退的南北地理格局变化,还是王安石主持变法前主要交游对象的地域选择,以及王安石与司马光之争而引起的北宋新旧党争中的地域因素,均可看出王安石变法对宋代中枢南北地域格局和南北地域之争的重要影响。由此可知,地域因素是北宋政治的一个显著特征,而这种南北地域观念一直影响着宋代的政治格局。

The Reforms or New Policies of Wang Anshi enforced during Emperor Shenzong’s reign of the Song Dynasty was an important political reform in Chinese history. It not only had a tremendous impact on the Song Dynasty politically, economically, culturally and militarily but also had a far-reaching effect on the regional changes of the central power structure of the Song Dynasty. These regional changes could be discerned in terms of either the distribution of the birthplaces of chancellors between the South and the North, or the locality preferences of Wang Anshi in piloting his reform measures, or the regional factors reflected in the debate between Wang Anshi and Sima Guang. It can be seen that the Reforms and New Policies of Wang Anshi had had a significant influence on the regional change of the distribution of central power as well as on the dispute between the North and the South in the period of Emperor Shenzong’s reign. From this we can see that the regional factor is a remarkable feature of the politics of the Northern Song Dynasty, and this North-South regionalism had always been influencing the political configuration of the Song Dynasty.
