摘要
本研究探讨基层青年公务员的职业倦怠、组织支持感与离职倾向之间的关系。采用职业倦怠量表、组织支持感量表及离职倾向量表对350名公务员进行了测试,共获得有效问卷300份。得出以下结论:青年基层公务员的职业倦怠、离职倾向显著低于平均水平,获得的组织支持感显著高于平均水平;青年基层公务员的职业倦怠和离职倾向随着入职时间的增长而降低;组织支持感随着入职时间的增长而增加;职业倦怠与离职倾向呈正相关,与组织支持感呈负相关,离职倾向与组织支持感呈负相关;职业倦怠与组织支持感可以显著预测离职倾向。
The study explored the relationship between job burnout,organizational support and turnover intention of the grass-roots young civil servants.350 civil servants were tested randomly with job burnout scale,organizational support scale and turnover intention scale,and 300 valid questionnaires were obtained.The following conclusions are drawn:the job burnout and turnover intention of young civil servants are significantly lower than the average level,and the perceived organizational support is significantly higher than the average level;the job burnout and turnover intention of the young civil servants are reduced with the increase of employment time;perceived organization support increases with the length of employment time;job burnout is positively correlated with turnover intention while negatively related to perceived organizational support;turnover intention is negatively correlated with perceived organizational support;job burnout and perceived organizational support can significantly predict turnover intention.
