Support and Takeover of Communist Underground Party of China in Longnan Before and After Liberation

解放前后,陇南中共地下党以配合中国人民解放军第7军、第62军解放大西北和支援大军南下为主要工作任务,积极组织党员,动员人民群众支援、筹集军粮物资、运输弹药、修复桥梁公路等,努力做好支前工作。在接管工作中,陇南中共地下党根据陇南各县具体情况,灵活运用接管原则,平稳地完成各县接管建政工作,对于实现党的工作重心由农村转向城市,建立新型的国家机构有着重要的历史意义。

Before and after liberation,the Communist Party of China Underground Party in Longnan took the main task of cooperating with the 7th Army and the 62nd Army of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in liberating the northwest and supporting the army's southward movement,actively organized Party members,mobilized people's support,raised military supplies,transported ammunition,repaired bridges and highways,and made efforts to support the front work.In the process of taking over,the Communist Party of China Underground Party in Longnan flexibly applied the principle of taking over according to the specific conditions of Longnan counties,and smoothly completed the taking over of the construction of government in each county,which has an important historical significance for realizing the shift of the party’s work focus from rural areas to urban areas and establishing a new type of state organization.
