Memetics is a new theory that explains the laws of cultural evolution based on Darwin’s theory of evolution.With the development of memetics,it has gradually penetrated into the field of language research and has been continuously applied and expanded.“Middle-aged greasy”as a network hot word,has become a popular language popular among the people,and its widespread spread is driven by the huge potential of strong language memes.This paper aims to analyze the linguistic characteristics of language memes,to understand the mechanism and motivation of its formation,to grasp the law of its emergence,development and dissemination,and to analyze the term“middle-age greasy”.
