公正世界信念对大学生利他行为的影响:感恩与人际信任的作用

Effect of Belief in a Just World on College Students' Altruistic Behavior:the Role of Gratitude and Interpersonal Trust

构建一个有调节的中介模型,考察感恩在公正世界信念与利他行为关系中的中介作用以及该过程是否受到人际信任的调节。采用公正世界信念量表、大学生利他行为问卷、大学生感戴量表和人际信任量表对415名大学生进行调查。结果显示:公正世界信念对大学生的利他行为有显著正向预测作用;感恩在公正世界信念和利他行为之间起部分中介作用,即公正世界信念既对利他行为产生直接影响,也通过感恩对利他行为产生间接影响;公正世界信念通过感恩对利他行为的间接效应受到人际信任的调节,具体来说,公正世界信念通过感恩对利他行为的间接效应随人际信任水平的增加而加强。研究结果有助于进一步揭示公正世界信念"怎样"影响利他行为及这种影响"何时"更强或更弱,对利他行为的培养具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。

Based on a moderated mediation model, the current study investigated the mediation effect of gratitude on the relation between belief in a just world and altruistic behavior. A total of 415 college students were accessed by the belief in a just world scale, college students altruistic behavior questionnaire, the scale of college students gratitude, and interpersonal trust scale. The findings showed that belief in a just world positively predicted the colleague students altruistic behavior;gratitude partially mediated the impact of belief in a just world on altruistic behavior, that is, belief in a just world showed direct influence and indirect influence through gratitude on altruistic behavior;the mediation effect of gratitude on the impact of belief in a just world on altruistic behavior was mediated by trust, more specifically, the mediation effect became stronger with more trust that the students have. These findings helped to understand how the belief in a just world influence the altruistic behavior, which is ultimately useful for the improvement of the altruistic behavior of the public theoretically and practically.
