The Chronicle of Mr. Lin Guang's Life

林光是白沙学派中一个重要而特殊的成员,一方面他是少有的能准确理解并承继白沙学术思想的门人;另一方面他又颇受同门批评、排挤,在学派内部的权力关系中位列边缘。林光的经历与思想颇有思想史价值,但长期以来未引起人们足够的重视。近年林光研究有所升温,为了推进这一研究领域的深入开展,兹对林光先生生平事迹试加整理。

Lin Guang was an important and special member in the Baisha school.On the one hand, he was one of the few people in the school who could accurately understand and inherit Baisha thought;on the other hand, he was also criticized and excluded by his classmates, and was on the periphery of power relations among this school. The thought of Lin Guang which was either ignored or mistreated for a long time, and it has very important value in the history of Confucianism in Ming Dynasty. Now research on Lin Guang is still very weak, this paper tries to sort out Lin Guang s life story to promote Lin Guang research.
