摘要
随着多元文化时代的到来,学校自主发展的意识被逐步唤醒,强调个性发扬、有机统整、改编重组的校本课程开发成为了当下基础教育改革的主旋律。新时期校本课程的开发既需要国家政策的鼓励和改革计划的推动,也依赖学校制度的建设与机构的重组。学校制度建设包括三方面的内容,一是要建立民主的决策机制;二是要促进独立的评价反馈机构落成实施;三是要完善校本教师培训体系。
With the arrival of multicultural era,the awareness of independent development of the school was woken up,and the school-based curriculum development that emphasize personality development,organic integration,adaptation and reorganization becoming the main trend of basic education reform.The school-based curriculum development in the new era calls for both the encourage of national policy and promotion of reform plans,as well as rely the institutional setup of school and reorganization of institution.The institutional set up of school includes three aspects:establishment and improvement the democratic decision-making mechanism;promoting establish the independent institution of assessment and feedback;and perfecting the system of school-based teachers' training.
