U-S协作机制与中学卓越语文教师的培养策略

摘要 卓越教师培养计划是高师顺应基础教育发展现实需要的创新举措,中学卓越语文教师的培养是其中重要的一部分。U-S协作是高师院校培养未来卓越教师的必然选择,可促使地方政府、教育主管部门、大学和中小学多方资源的整合,为中学语文卓越教师职前教育提供实践支持,并实现中学语文卓越教师培养的一体化。高师中文专业通过建立U-G-S合作模式、实行双导师负责制、完善中学语文卓越教师培养保障制度、加强U-G-S的互动交流等协同创新培养措施,可促进卓越计划的有效开展,实现未来中学卓越语文教师的培养目标。 The excellent teacher training program is an innovative measure for higher teachers to comply with the development reality of basic education. The training of excellent Chinese teachers in middle schools is an important part of it. U-s collaboration is an inevitable choice for the training of future excellent teachers in normal universities. It can promote the integration of resources from local governments, education authorities, universities and primary and secondary schools, provide practical support to education before the high school excellent teachers, and realize the integration of high school excellent teachers. Through the establishment of u-g-s cooperation mode, the implementation of double tutor responsibility system, the improvement of the training guarantee system for excellent middle school Chinese teachers, and the enhancement of the interaction and communication of u-g-s, the Chinese major in normal colleges can promote the effective implementation of the excellent plan and realize the training goal of excellent middle school Chinese teachers in the future.
