摘要 针对"硫酸亚铁铵的制备"实验在教学中存在的不足进行改进,利用还原铁粉代替铁屑,提高反应速率并简化了后处理,采用数显程控恒温水槽来控制产品的合成与蒸发结晶,使反应能平稳快速的进行,避免了"爆沸"现象的发生,并使得产品形貌得到较大改善,同时,通过回收实验产物减少实验过程中产生的三废。改进后的实验在提高实验安全、改善产品性质、提高产率、普及绿色化学理念等多方面取得了较好的成效,用于本科实验教学取得良好的教学效果。 To improve the method of the preparation of ferrous ammonium sulfate in the experimental teaching, in this work, the iron scrap had been replaced by the iron powder, and increased the reaction rate, the processes of the synthesis and the evaporative crystallization of the target product were controlled by using thermostat water bath, it made the reaction more smooth and the quality of the product better. In addition, the product was recycled to reduce the waste. With the improved method, the better safety of the experiment, the higher purity and the better yield of the product had been obtained, otherwise, the concept of green chemistry was popularized and a better teaching effect was achieved.
