科研公共服务平台实验技术队伍建设的现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on present situation of construction of experimental technical team in public research service platform

分析测试中心为校级科研公共服务平台,为校内外师生提供测试服务,是学校科研工作的重要支撑。随着平台的快速发展,为进一步破解综合改革视域下科研公共服务平台实验技术队伍建设的瓶颈与问题,以上海交通大学分析测试中心为例,展开调研,分析实验技术队伍发展存在的问题,提出了进一步加强实验技术队伍建设的若干解决办法。

Instrumental analysis center is the public research service platform of SJTU. It provides instrumental analysis service for teacher and students and it s the important support for the school s scientific research. With the development of the platform, this paper researched the instrumental analysis center of SJTU in order to solve the problem of experimental technical team in public research service platform. Though analyzing the reason of bottleneck problem of it, this article gave some solutions to strength construction of experimental technical team.
