摘要
2015年天津港爆炸及清华大学实验室爆炸引起了社会对化学品安全的高度关注及重视。高校实验室产生的废弃化学药品具有品种繁杂、规格不一、包装小、存放地点分散等特点,容易形成实验室安全隐患。如果在源头控制废弃化学药品的产生,对其进行分类辨识管理,同时将废弃化学药品分类后分别处理,能够很好的实现废弃化学药品的"减量化、资源化、无害化",意义重大。
In 2015, the explosions at Tianjin Port and the Tsinghua University laboratory caused the high attention about chemical safety. The characteristics of waste chemicals produced in laboratories are much varieties, different specification and small packing. General incineration and landfill treatment not only result in secondary environmental pollution, but also led to a seriously resources waste. Controlling the formation of wastes from various sources, classifying and then treating respectively are essentially significant to make waste chemicals decrement, resources and harmless that source control.
