Significance of safety education for laboratories in university and safety education system

高校实验室是开展实验教学和科学研究的重要基地,安全事故频发是新时期高校发展所面临的重要挑战。以"三圆环"事故致因理论对实验室系统所有的安全隐患进行了分析,阐释了高校实验室安全教育的重要意义。为了将安全教育落到实处,从建立健全安全教育的课程体系,建立制度保障、师资保障、硬件保障、形成实验室安全文化等方面出发,对如何真正把安全教育融入到实践育人的全过程进行了探讨。

Laboratory is the important base of experiment teaching and scientific research in university. Currently, more and more laboratory accident is the great challenge for university development. According to the“three-cycles”theory,all potential safety hazard in laboratory have been analysed. Safety education for laboratories in university is very important for university development. In order to make safety education effective, how to integrate safety education into the whole process of practical education have been discussed from five aspects including establishing curriculum system,guarantee system of policy, teacher development, facilities and promoting the construction of laboratory safety culture.
