承受多荷载工况的大跨度空间网架结构模型设计与承载力性能研究

摘要 对大跨度空间网架结构利用竹材制作模型进行现场加载及有限元软件midas Civil建立三维仿真模型,取一榀框架结构进行分析,系统研究了大跨度空间网架结构骨架杆件的受力性能、整体稳定及竖向位移等内容。研究表明:骨架杆件在各种荷载工况下主要承受轴力,且由上向下递增,在进行结构设计时可以优化杆件截面,增加经济效益;结构整体竖向位移较小,是因为骨架杆件承受轴力,结构位移由轴向拉压产生,这种结构能充分发挥材料的抗拉压性能;仿真分析与实际结构竖向位移结果基本吻合,证明软件能满足结构各方面的分析研究。此外,由于结构的竖向位移非常微小,在结构设计中主要考虑结构的强度及稳定性要求,与模型杆件尺寸相关,设计时不考虑刚度不妥。 A bamboo model is used to load large-span space truss structure on site and a three-dimensional simulation model is established by using the finite element software Midas Civil.A frame structure is selected. The mechanical behavior,overall stability and vertical displacement of the frame members of the large-span space truss structure are systematically studied.The results show that the members of the skeleton mainly bear axial force under various load conditions,and increase from top to bottom.In structural design,the section of the members can be optimized to increase economic benefits;the overall vertical displacement of the structure is small because the skeleton bars bear axial force, and the structural displacement is produced by axial tension and compression.This structure can give full play to the tensile and compression performance of the material;The simulation and the actual vertical displacement of the structure are basically consistent,which proves that the software can satisfy all aspects of the analysis and research of the structure. In addition,because the vertical displacement of the structure is very small,the structural strength and stability requirements are mainly considered in the design of the structure,which is related to the size of the model members,and it is not appropriate to consider the stiffness in the design.
