摘要
以"秦油3号"油菜种子为试验材料,研究了Pb^(2+)胁迫对该品种油菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度(20mg/L、40mg/L、80mg/L、160mg/L) Pb^(2+)溶液处理油菜种子后,对其发芽势和发芽率影响不大;当Pb^(2+)浓度达到或超过40mg/L时,对其幼苗生长具有显著影响:不同浓度的Pb^(2+)胁迫,对油菜幼苗的株高、鲜重及根长都有明显的抑制作用,且浓度越大,抑制作用越强。Pb^(2+)胁迫对油菜幼苗各项生长指标的抑制作用强弱依次表现为:对根长的抑制作用最强,其次为苗鲜重和株高。
The effects of Pb^2+ stress on Seed Germination and seedling growth of Rape Variety "Qin you No. 3" were studied. The results showed that different concentrations (20 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 80 mg/L, 160 mg/L) of Pb^2+ solution had little effect on germination potential and germination rate of rape seeds;When Pb^2+concentration reaches or exceeds 40 mg/L, It has a Seedling influence on the growth of the seedlings: Different concentrations of Pb^2+ stress significantly inhibited plant height, fresh weight and root length of rape seedlings, and the stronger the concentration is, the stronger the inhibition will be. The inhibition effect of Pb^2+ stress on the growth indexes of rape was as follows: the root length inhibition was the strongest, followed by seedling fresh weight and plant height.
