仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙尔奇D 600和阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of Xianling Gubao Capsule combined with Calcium D 600 and alendronate tablet in the treatment of senile osteoporosis

目的探析对老年骨质疏松患者予以钙尔奇D600、阿仑膦酸钠片及仙灵骨葆胶囊联合治疗的效果。方法抽取在我院2016年3月至2018年3月就诊的124例老年骨质疏松患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组、研究组,每组患者各62例,予以钙尔奇D600、阿仑膦酸钠片治疗的为对照组,而在此基础上联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗的为研究组,观察2组患者治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率、疼痛缓解率、生活能力改善率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者骨密度、血磷及碱性磷酸酶改善情况优于对照组,均组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年骨质疏松患者使用仙灵骨葆胶囊、钙尔奇D600及阿仑膦酸钠片联合治疗,可有效地改善患者临床症状、缓解患者疼痛,从而提高生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule combined with Calcium D600, alendronate tablets those of on elderly patients with osteoporosis. Method One hundred and twenty-four patients with senile osteoporosis collected from March 2016 to March 2018 in our hospital were divided into control group and the study group according to random number table method, 62 cases in each group, the control group was treated by calcium D600 and Allen phosphonic acid sodium, And the study group was treated by calcium D600 ,Allen phosphonic acid sodium and Xianling Gubao Jiaonang, the effect of two groups of patients were compared. Resulted After 6 months of treatment, the total effective rate, pain relief rate, and ability to improve the ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the bone density, blood phosphorus and the improvement of alkaline phosphatase was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xianling Gubao Capsule, Calcium D600 and alendronate tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, relieve the pain and improve their living ability in elderly patients with osteoporosis. It is worthy of clinical application.
