重庆市健康体检人群高尿酸血症与多代谢异常检出现况及其相关性研究

A Study on the Prevalence of Hyperuricemia and Multiple Metabolic Disorders and Their Correlation Among the Physical Examination Population in Chongqing

目的了解健康体检人群高尿酸血症检出现状,分析高尿酸血症与多代谢异常的关系。方法回顾性分析2015年1—12月来重庆医科大学附属大学城医院体检的3 696人体检资料,分析高尿酸血症的检出现况和多代谢异常聚集现状,高尿酸血症与多代谢指标异常之间的关系。结果该人群高尿酸血症检出率为25.03%(925/3 696)。男性的高尿酸血症检出率高于女性(P<0.001),超重/肥胖、高血糖、血压偏高/高血压和高血脂人群的高尿酸检出率均高于正常组(P<0.05)。高尿酸合并多代谢异常检出率高达24.35%,18岁～、45岁～、60岁～、75～92岁检出率分别为23.44%,24.11%,25.04%和31.19%。在控制一般人口学变量性别与年龄后,高尿酸人群发生多代谢指标异常的危险性是正常者的2.13倍(P<0.001)。结论各年龄段体检人群中高尿酸合并多代谢异常检出率均较高。高尿酸与多代谢异常关系密切,应对高危人群高度重视并积极干预,以有效预防心脑血管疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia among the physical examination population and analyze the correlation between hyperuricemia and multiple metabolic disorders.Methods The data of 3,696 cases undergoing the physical examination from January to December of 2015 in University-Town Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were analyzed retrospectively to investigate the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia and multiple metabolic disorders and their correlation.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia was 25.03%(925/3,696),and it was higher in the male population than in the female one(P<0.001).The prevalence of hyperuricemia among the population with overweight/obesity,hyperglycemia,high blood pressure/hypertension and hyperlipidemia was higher than that among the healthy population(P<0.05).The prevalence of hyperuricemia complicated with multiple metabolic disorders was up to 24.36%.Specifically,The prevalence rates among the population aging from 18 to 45,45 to 60,60 to 75,and 75 to 92 was 23.44%,24.11%,25.04% and 31.19%,respectively.The risk of multiple metabolic disorders among the hyperuricemic population was 2.13 times higher than that in the healthy population(P<0.001)by controlling the general demographic variables of gender and age.Conclusion The prevalence of hyperuricemia complicated with multiple metabolic disorders among all the age groups with physical examination was relatively high.Hyperuricemia is closely correlated with multiple metabolic disorders.More attention and effective intervention should be given to the high-risk population for the effective prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
