非洛地平缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗对高血压患者血压变异性的影响

Effect of felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium on blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension

目的探讨非洛地平缓释片与瑞舒伐他汀钙相联合应用于高血压患者血压变异性的影响。方法随机选取2014年12月～2016年12月来我院诊治的186例高血压患者分为两组(对照组和试验组),对照组93例单用非洛地平缓释片进行治疗,试验组93例采用非洛地平缓释片+瑞舒伐他汀钙联合进行治疗。结果经过治疗,试验组高血压治疗有效率96.76%明显高于对照组高血压治疗有效率79.57%,同时,两组患者血脂、血压及血压变异性情况都有一定的改善,但与对照组相比,试验组有相对更好的效果,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用非洛地平缓释片联合瑞舒伐他汀钙,对高血压患者的血脂控制以及血压变异性改善有着明显的效果,值得进一步探究。

Objective To explorethe effect offelodipine sustained-release tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium on blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension.Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were randomly selected and they were divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group).93 patients in the control group were treated by felodipine sustained-release tablets alone while the experimental group was treated by felodipine sustained-release tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium.Results After treatment,the effective rate of treatment for hypertension in the experimental group was 96.76%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.57%).At the same time,blood lipid,blood pressure and blood pressure variability were improved in both groups.However,compared with the control group,the experimental group had a relatively better effect.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Felodipine sustainedrelease tablets combined with rosuvastatin calcium has significant effects on blood lipid control and improvement of blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension,which is worthy of further exploration.
