糖皮质激素联合特布他林对AECOPD的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in treatment of AECOPD

目的观察糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月～2017年6月在本院就诊的AECOPD患者260例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组各130例。对照组患者接受特布他林雾化吸入治疗,观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用糖皮质激素治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果治疗完成后,两组患者肺功能、动脉血气指标均较治疗前显著好转(P <0.05),且观察组患者改善更为明显(P <0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),两组患者不良反应总发生情况相比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论糖皮质激素联合特布他林治疗AECOPD的效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床工作中推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 260 cases patients with AECOPD in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 130 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with bubutaline inhalation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with glucocorticoid on the basis of the control group,and the efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After the treatment,the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas index of the two groups were significantly better than before the treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the patients in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined with terbutaline is effective and safe in the treatment of AECOPD.It is worthy of promotion in clinical work.
