门诊高危患者就诊中护理风险管理的应用观察

The application of nursing risk management in high-risk outpatients

目的对门诊高危患者在就诊的过程中采取护理风险管理,对其应用效果进行分析。方法以我院2016年11月～2017年12月期间到我院门诊就诊的120例高危患者为研究对象,入组后采用便利抽样法对患者随机分组,分为对照组与研究组,对照组患者采取常规护理管理,研究组患者在此基础上采取护理风险管理,对其护理应用效果进行分析。结果 (1)研究组患者护理满意度91.7%比对照组患者护理满意度66.7%高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)研究组护理人员各项考核平均均比对照组患者高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理风险管理在门诊高危患者就诊中有着重要的应用价值,在提高患者护理满意度的同时也提高了工作效率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the process of outpatient service for high-risk patients.Methods 120 patients with high-risk who admitted to our hospital during November 2016 to December 2017 were divided into control group and study group.The control group received regular nursing management,while the study group received nursing risk management.The nursing effect was analyzed.Results(1)The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group of 91.7% was higher than that of the control group of 66.7%(P<0.05).(2)The average assessment of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management has important application value in the outpatient service for high-risk patients.It not only improves the nursing satisfaction of patients,but also improves the work efficiency,which is worthy of promotion.
