腹腔镜联合胆道镜保胆取石术的手术配合

Surgery cooperation of laparoscopy and choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus

目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石手术的护理配合的临床作用。方法选择2016年6月～2017年7月我院实施腹腔镜联合胆道镜(新型经皮肾镜李逊镜)微创保胆取石手术患者152例,根据随机数字法将入选患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各76例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组给予全面综合护理措施。观察两组手术治疗情况,包括手术时间、术中出血量及术后排气时间,对比两组患者出院时护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间及术后排气时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石手术的全面综合护理配合可缩短手术时间,降低出血量,提高患者满意度,术前充分的准备,术中熟练的配合技巧,术后注重器械的处理及保养工作,是手术顺利进行的重要保证。

Objective To discuss the surgery cooperation of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus.Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing minimally invasive cholecysto lithotomy with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope(new percutaneous nephrolithoscope)during the period of June 2016 to July 2017,were selected as observation group and other 76 patients as control group randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures.Researchers observed surgical treatment and compared nursing satisfaction between the two groups with operation time,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative exhaust time.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were shortened,and the amount of bleeding in the operation decreased significantly(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was clearly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgery cooperation of laparoscopy and choledochoscope can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the patients’ satisfaction with smooth operation.
