基层医院健康体检人群血脂水平与高血压的关联性分析及研究

Analysis and research on the correlation between blood lipid level and hypertension in health check-up population in primary hospitals

目的分析基层医院健康体检人群血脂水平和高血压之间的相关性。方法于我院2016年1月在健康体检中心行健康体检的人群中采用简单随机抽样选取300例为研究对象,了解血脂水平和高血压之间的相关性,对比男性与女性血脂水平以及随访期间患者高血压检出情况,并将高血压检出情况作为依据,分析高血压者与正产人的血脂水平差异,通过广义估计方程与混合效应模型分析高血压和血脂水平之间的相关性。结果男性TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于女性,HDL-C水平低于女性,差异有统计学意义(t=2.3141,4.7848,3.6528,5.9527,P <0.05),广义估计方程显示,在检验水准为0.05时,高血压的危险因素为TC,选取女性作为参照组,高血压危险因素为男性;混合效应模型分析显示在检验水准为0.05时,高血压的危险因素为LDL-C、男性,高血压的保护因素为HDL-C。结论健康体检人群中高血压的发病和高密度脂蛋白之间为负相关关系,和低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇之间为正相关关系。

Objective To analyze the relevance between blood lipid level and hypertension in health checkup population in primary hospitals.Methods The method of simple random sampling is used to analyze the study subjects,300 patients who were checked up in our hospital in January 2016.The correlation between blood lipid level and hypertension was realized.The difference of blood lipid level between hypertensive patients and normal subjects was analyzed according to the hypertension examination,among comparison of male and female patients and during follow-up.The correlation between hypertension and serum lipid level was analyzed by the generalized estimation equation and the mixed effect model.Results TC、TG and LDL-C levels in males were higher than those in females.The level of HDL-C was lower than that of observation,which was statistically significant(t=2.3141,4.7848,3.6528,5.9527,P<0.05).The generalized estimation equation showed that the risk factor of hypertension was TC at the 0.05 test level,and the female was selected as the reference group,while the risk factor of hypertension was male.Mixed effect model analysis showed that at the 0.05 test level,LDL-C and male were the risk factors for hypertension,while HDL-C was the protective factor.Conclusion There is a negative correlation between hypertension and HDL,and a positive correlation among hypertension,LDL and total cholesterol.
