龈下超声联合龈下喷砂治疗慢性牙周炎的临床研究

Clinical study on subgingival ultrasound combined with subgingival sandblasting in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

目的探讨龈下超声联合龈下喷砂治疗慢性牙周炎临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院收治慢性牙周炎患者60例进行研究,采用随机分组法分为治疗组(龈下超声联合龈下喷砂治疗,30例)和常规组(常规治疗,30例),比较两组患者治疗时间,治疗前后牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着水平(AL)、探诊出血(BOP)及治疗时、治疗后24h、术后1月疼痛。结果治疗组患者治疗平均时间低于常规组患者[(35.1±9.8)min vs (54.7±10.6)min,P <0.05]。治疗前,两组患者PD、AL水平及BOP阳性比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者PD、AL水平低于常规组,BOP阳性率低于常规组[(3.1±0.6)mm vs(3.6±0.7)mm,(3.1±0.6)mm vs(3.7±0.5)mm,16.67%vs 46.67%,P <0.05]。治疗时两组患者VAS评分无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后24h、治疗后1月治疗组患者VAS评分均低于常规组[(2.7±1.0)分vs(4.3±0.9)分,(2.0±0.4)分vs(2.7±0.6)分,P <0.05]。结论龈下超声联合龈下喷砂治疗慢性牙周炎具有显著疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of subgingival ultrasound combined with subgingival sandblasting in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the treatment group(subgingival ultrasound combined with subgingival sandblasting for treatment,30 cases)and the conventional group(routine treatment,30 cases).The duration of treatment,periodontal probing depth(PD),attachment level(AL)and bleeding on probing(BOP)before and after treatment and pain during treatment,24h after treatment and 1 month after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The average duration of treatment in the treatment group was shorter than that in the conventional group [(35.1±9.8)min vs.(54.7±10.6)min,P<0.05].Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in PD level,AL level and BOP positive between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PD and AL in the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the positive rate of BOP was lower than that in the conventional group [(3.1±0.6)mm vs.(3.6±0.7)mm,(3.1±0.6)mm vs.(3.7±0.5)mm,16.67% vs.46.67%,P<0.05].There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores of 24 hours after treatment and 1 month after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the conventional group [(2.7±1.0)scores vs(4.3±0.9)scores,(2.0±0.4)scores vs(2.7±0.6)scores,P<0.05].Conclusion Subgingival ultrasound combined with subgingival sandblasting in the treatment of chronic periodontitis has significant curative effects.
