多发性结肠息肉伴蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫1例

One Case of Multiple Colon Polyps Combined with Giardia Lamblia

蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫是一种全球性分布的肠道寄生虫,人体内主要寄生于小肠内,感染本虫后可引起腹泻和消化不良,甚至更严重。随着人们生活水平的提高,及公共卫生预防措施的加强,感染此鞭毛虫越来越少。本实验室近期发现一例感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫合并结肠息肉的患者。通过实验室不同方法的鉴别最终确诊此虫体的滋养体和包囊,并及时报告临床给予抗生素的治疗。

Giardia lamblia is a globally distributed intestinal parasite that is mainly parasitic in the small intestine.Infection with this parasite can cause diarrhea and indigestion,or even worse.With the improvement of people’s living standards and the strengthening of prevention measures of public health,the infection of this lamblia is becoming less common.A patient infected with Giardia lamblia combined with colon polyps is found recently in the laboratory.The trophozoite and cysts of this lamblia are finally diagnosed by different methods in the laboratory,and the clinical treatment of antibiotics is reported in time.
