融合发展视域下的开放大学若干思考

Reflections on the Open Universities from the Perspective of Integration Development

开放大学需要走融合发展之路,跨界是融合发展的重要途径。开放教育的跨界发展主要有两个方面:在教育系统内的跨界,体现为与职业教育和普通教育的跨界融合;向其他行业的跨界,体现为终身教育大数据服务社会发展、开放教育推动城市创新及开放教育助推乡村振兴战略。加快推进开放大学融合发展意义重大,需要教育行政部门和地方政府出台支持政策,需要开放大学自身积极创新融合发展体制机制。

The road to take for open universities is that of integration development, and cross integration development is an essential path. There are two main aspects in the cross development of open education: the cross development within the education system, as reflected in the cross integration between vocational education and general education, the other is the cross developments to other industries, as reflected in the big data of the lifelong education working for social development, open education promoting urban innovation, and open education affecting rural revitalization strategy. As it is significant to push the integration development of open universities, therefore, the educational administrative departments and local governments are expected to formulate supporting policies, on the other hand open universities must actively innovate, integrate and develop their own institutional mechanisms.
