从评估到诊改:高职教育评价模式的比较及启示 被引量:2

摘要 本世纪初,我国高职教育经历了粗放型大发展时期,通过两次人才培养工作水平评估后,高职院校逐渐走上了正规。新时代供给侧改革大背景下,高职教育的发展更加强化质量观念和注重内涵建设,高职教育评价也开启了自主诊改的模式。从外部评估到内部诊改,高职教育评价模式延续了服务社会、提高人才培养质量的基本价值导向,但在评价主客体、评价功能和类型上两者又不尽相同。对两种评价模式进行比较分析,有助于把握高职教育评价发展趋势,有助于其未来的改进。 Having experienced a period of extensive development at the beginning of this century plus the two educational evaluations, the Chinese higher vocational colleges have become more standard. In the context of the supply-side reform in the new era, the development of higher vocational education emphasizes the concept of quality and connotation construction, initiating the independent diagnosis and treatment reform. From external evaluation to internal diagnosis reform, the education evaluation model of higher vocational colleges continues with the basic value orientation of serving the society and improving the quality of talent cultivation, but are different in the evaluation of subject and object plus the evaluation function and type. The comparative analysis of the two evaluation models is believed to oversee the development trend of education evaluation in higher vocational colleges for future benefits.
