摘要
实施创业教育,增强学生的创业能力,是高职院校实现人才培养模式创新、促进就业的重要途径。当前关于高职学生创业能力的研究主要集中于培养路径、机制及对策等的定性分析,关于高职学生创业能力构成及影响因素的实证研究十分匮乏。通过归纳分析、因子分析及单因素方差分析方法等对高职学生创业能力的构成及影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明创业是一种实践性很强的专业活动,高职院校应通过开展创业认知教育及创业实践教育来培养与提升学生的创业能力。
It is important for higher vocational colleges to engage in entrepreneurship education and enhance students' entrepreneurial ability to realize the innovation of talent training mode and to promote employment. At present, the research on the entrepreneurial ability of higher vocational students is mainly focused on the qualitative analysis, the empirical research on the composition and influence factors of the students' entrepreneurial ability is scarce. Through inductive analysis, factor analysis and single factor variance analysis, this paper conducts an empirical study on the composition and influencing factors of students, the result of which indicates that entrepreneurship is a kind of professional activity with strong practicality. Students’ innovation ability must be trained by means of innovation education and innovation practice.
