农民专业合作社发展中的不规范现象研究

Study on the Irregular Phenomenon in the Development of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

《农民专业合作社法》是我国合作社发展应遵循的基本法,但在农民合作社发展过程中,一些合作社却偏离合作社法的规定,表现出不规范发展现象。以重庆160余个合作社为例,研究合作社发展中不规范现象的类型、表现及原因。研究发现,当前合作社发展中不规范现象比较普遍,原因比较复杂,但这些不规范合作社,不少对农业产业发展具有积极作用。随着农业农村形势变化,农民专业合作社面临新的裂变与重组,应不断优化内外环境,推动合作社走上规范发展道路。

The Law on Farmers'Professional Cooperatives is the basic law that should be followed in the development of cooperatives in China.However,in the process of the development of farmers'cooperatives,some cooperatives deviate from the provisions of the cooperative law and show irregular development.Taking more than 160 cooperatives in Chongqing as an example,the paper studies the types,manifestations and causes of non-standard phenomena in the development of cooperatives.The study found that the phenomenon of non-standardization in the development of cooperatives is more common at present,and the reasons are more complicated.However,many non-standard cooperatives have a positive effect on the development of the agricultural industry.With the changes in the agricultural and rural conditions,farmers'professional cooperatives are facing new fission and restructuring.We should continually optimize the internal and external environment and promote the cooperatives to follow the normative development path.
