On the Concept of Unity and Cooperation in Chinese Traditional Culture

中国传统文化中蕴含着丰富的团结协作理念,本文从中国传统文化对团结协作必要性的认识、内在品质要求以及行为方式三个方面展开研究。其必要性是干事谋业、增强能力、提升修养的需要;其内在的品质要求包括尊重他人的行为、严格自己的态度、自省自胜的意识;其外在的行为方式包括有礼有序的方式、纵横联合的策略、团结一致的行为、和而不同的原则。通过研究,以古鉴今,对我们继承和发扬团结协作的传统文化有重要意义。

There are abundant ideas of unity and cooperation in Chinese traditional culture.This paper studies the necessity of unity and cooperation,internal requirements and external behavior in Chinese traditional culture.Its necessity is to pursue a career,enhance ability and improve self-cultivation;its inherent requirements include behavior of respect for others,attitude of strict oneself,consciousness of self-examination and self-conquering;its external behavior includes a courteous and orderly,vertical and horizontal joint strategy,united behavior,and the principle of harmony and difference.Through research,it is of great significance for us to inherit and develop the traditional culture of unity and cooperation.
