Research Progress and Review of Patent Quality Analysis

全球专利申请量在逐年增长的同时,也面临着专利质量提升的挑战。本文通过对专利质量分析的相关文献的梳理和分析,对专利质量的内涵进行了界定,并从技术、经济和法律三个方面归纳总结了主要的专利质量评价指标和方法,为专利质量的评价分析提供参考。

While the number of global patent applications is increasing year by year, it also faces the challenge of improving the quality of patents. By combing and analyzing the existing research literatures, this paper defi nes the connotation of patent quality and summarizes the main patent quality evaluation indexes and methods from three aspects of technology, economy and law, in order to provide reference for the evaluation and analysis of patent quality.
