摘要
研究基于MOOC理念下微课教学法的新颖,在高校武术课程进行教学设计与实践,实验前后利用心理健康相关量表《一般自我效能感量表(GSES)》和《SCL-90症状自评量表》对高校武术选项课实验班和对照班的学生进行了心理健康水平的调查,了解两个班心理健康水平的变化。实验结果表明,高校武术课采用MOOC理念下微课教学法,对提高大学生自我效能感及心理健康水平有显著作用,可为今后的武术教学改革提供参考。
In this study, based on the novel of small class teaching method in the concept of MOOC in martial arts curriculum teaching design and practice, the use of the mental health related scale before and after the experiment, the general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and SCL - 90 symptoms self evaluation scale of martial arts in higher education that in comparative classes and experimental classes of students in the mental health level of survey, two classes to understand the change of the psychological health level. The experimental results show that the micro-course teaching method under the MOOC concept has significant effects on improving college students’ sense of self-efficacy and mental health, and can provide references for future martial arts teaching reform.
