Orem自理理论在改良HoLEP术后患者护理中的应用

Application of Orem self-care theory in improving the nursing of patients after HoLEP

目的探讨Orem自理理论应用于改良经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术(Ho LEP)术后患者护理的效果。方法将2015年7月至2017年7月80例良性前列腺增生症患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用Orem自理理论,提供患者完全补偿系统、部分补偿系统、辅助支持教育系统护理措施。观察两组患者的自我护理能力、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的自我护理能力、护理满意度高于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组患者术后膀胱痉挛性疼痛、出血均少于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 Orem自理理论应用于改良Ho LEP术后患者护理中,可提升患者自我护理能力,减少术后并发症的发生,且提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Orem self-care theory in improving the nursing of patients after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate holmium laser enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP). Methods To divide 80 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia from July 2015 to July 2017 into observation group and control group randomly with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was applied by the Orem self-care theory to provide the patients with complete compensation system, partial compensation system, and auxiliary support education system care measures. The self-care ability, nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were observed. Results The self-care ability and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). The patients in the observation group had less bladder spasm and bleeding than that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying Orem self-care theory to improve the nursing care of patients after HoLEP can improve the self-care ability of patients and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. At the same time, it can improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing services,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
