多元化人文关怀措施在肿瘤患者输液港植入中的应用

Application of diversified humanistic care measures in infusion port implantation of tumor patients

目的探讨多元化人文关怀措施在肿瘤患者输液港植入中的应用效果。方法 2016年1月至2017年12月我院对129例接受PORT植入的肿瘤患者在术前、中、后实施多元化人文关怀措施,包括术前构建人文环境,建立输液港患者个性化评估方法;术中采用手术室无缝隙衔接,人文双关注系统、MDT多学科协作,提高手术安全性,深化人文意识;术后完善多元化信息健康教育将人文化关怀体现在输液港术后的评估、维护、使用各方面,并根据与手术医师,患者访谈结果评价多元化人文关怀措施实施效果。结果多元化(多层面)人文关怀措施实施后,129例输液港植入患者均完成手术,手术成功率100%。患者、医生访谈结果显示,护士对患者关注使患者信任,术中减轻疼痛不适;护士对术者关注使术者信任,术中提高了分析、应急处理能力。结论多元化人文关怀措施,让输液港植入患者感受到尊重、关心和体贴,有效缓解了患者紧张焦虑情绪,增进了医患、医护沟通,提高了手术成功率。多元化人文关怀措施最大程度满足了患者的生理安全、爱与归属、自尊的需要。

Objective To explore the application effect of diversified humanistic care measures in infusion port implantation of tumor patients. Methods To conduct diversified humanistic care measures among 129 cases of tumor patients who received PORT implantation in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 before the surgery, during the surgery and after the surgery. Before the surgery, the humanistic environment was constructed and personalized assessment method for patients with infusion port implantation was established. During the surgery, the operating room seamless connection, humanistic double attention system, and MDT multidisciplinary collaboration were applied to improve surgical safety and deepen humanistic awareness. After the surgery, health education of diversified information was improved to implement humanistic care in all aspects such as the postoperative evaluation, maintenance and application of the infusion port. According to the results of interviews with surgeons and patients, the implementation effect of diversified humanistic care measures was evaluated. Results After the implementation of diversified (multi-faceted) humanistic care measures, 129 patients who received infusion port implantation completed the operation with a success rate of 100%. The interview results of patients and doctors showed that nurses' attention of the patients which get trust from them can relieve the pain and discomfort during the surgery. The nurses' attention of the patients which get trust from them can improve the analysis and emergency treatment ability during the surgery. Conclusion Diversified humanistic care measures enable the infusion port implantation patients to feel respect, care and consideration. What's more, it can alleviate the patient's nervous anxiety effectively, and improve the communication between doctors and patients. It also can improve the success rate of surgery. Diversified humanistic care measures meet the needs of patients about physical safety, love and belonging, as well as self-esteem.
