阶梯式评估联合早期康复护理对脑卒中患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响

Effect of stepwise evaluation combined with early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and daily living ability of stroke patients

目的探讨阶梯式评估联合早期康复护理对脑卒中患者神经功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的87例脑卒中患者,并将其随机分为研究组44例和对照组43例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施阶梯式评估联合早期康复护理,比较两组患者神经功能和日常生活能力。结果研究组神经功能障碍程度及日常生活能力障碍程度轻于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论阶梯式评估联合早期康复护理可有效改善脑卒中患者神经功能,逐步促进肢体的神经功能支配能力,提高患者日常生活能力,具有临床研究价值。

Objective To explore the effect of stepwise evaluation combined with early rehabilitation nursing on neurological function and daily living ability of stroke patients. Methods To analyze 87 cases of stroke patients who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 by retrospective analysis, and these patients were divided into study group with 44 cases and control group with 43 cases randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given stepwise evaluation combined with early rehabilitation nursing. The neurological function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results The dysfunction degrees of neurological and the daily living ability in the study group were lighter than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Stepwise evaluation combined with early rehabilitation nursing can improve the neurological function of stroke patients effectively. In addition, it can promote the neurological function of limbs gradually, and improve the daily living ability of patients. Therefore, it has clinical research value.
