综合康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

Application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨综合康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年2月我院治疗的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合康复护理干预。比较两组患者的功能状态(ODI)评分、疼痛程度(VAS)评分及治疗遵从性。结果观察组患者的ODI评分、VAS评分及治疗遵从性优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合康复护理在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用,有助于改善患者功能状态、不适感及治疗态度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods To select 90 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from July 2017 to February 2018 as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the treatment of control group. The Oswestry disability index (ODI) scores, visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The ODI score, VAS score and treatment compliance of the observation group were superior to that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the functional status, discomfort and treatment attitude of patients.
